I was completely stuck in the mud , but Dontay came through and handled everything quickly and professionally. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure my car was pulled out safely with zero damage. I truly appreciate his care and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, my car broke down. I contacted my insurance company for a tow truck but was told that it would not be there for almost two hours. Within 15 minutes I received a call from a tow truck driver by the name of Dontay. He called to let me know that he would be there to help in about 15-20 minutes. He came 15 minutes later, hooked my car up to the tow truck, and took my car to the repair shop. He was very polite, skillful, knowledgeable and respectful. Also, he had a great attitude. I'm happy that he was the tow truck driver that showed up for me.

I had a great experience with this towing company. They were prompt, professional, and handled my vehicle with care. The driver was courteous, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation much easier. Pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance.

My Level one towing experience was superb under my circumstances. They were responsive to my request with timeliness, professionalism, and accommodation. If I ever have to be in need or know someone else who is looking for a tow company my go to will be Level One. Lastly, they really live up to the name Level One as it has been demonstrated through my experience with them!

I was in a very serious bind where I needed 2 abandoned vehicles towed right away off my lot. After months of being turned down by several tow truck businesses and overcharged by a dozen others Level 1 came through to save the day. Kind, professional, customer friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I called them under extreme duress and within an hour both vehicles were gone. If you're looking for high quality service and high level professionalism (which is rare today) for your roadside assistance needs, trust me, Level 1 is the way to go. I have locked their number in my phone.
