My Level one towing experience was superb under my circumstances. They were responsive to my request with timeliness, professionalism, and accommodation. If I ever have to be in need or know someone else who is looking for a tow company my go to will be Level One. Lastly, they really live up to the name Level One as it has been demonstrated through my experience with them!

I was in a very serious bind where I needed 2 abandoned vehicles towed right away off my lot. After months of being turned down by several tow truck businesses and overcharged by a dozen others Level 1 came through to save the day. Kind, professional, customer friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I called them under extreme duress and within an hour both vehicles were gone. If you're looking for high quality service and high level professionalism (which is rare today) for your roadside assistance needs, trust me, Level 1 is the way to go. I have locked their number in my phone.

John and the Level 1 Towing team are the best in the business. John was onsite to organize the tow of my car and one other after an accident and was kind and diligent as we went through the process. He was also considerate and patient given the circumstances. I needed to reach back out to the company after the tow was complete a couple different times that day and I received a prompt answer. I realized that I hadn't taken a very important step prior to leaving the scene of the accident, and John stepped in on my behalf. Level 1 Towing is definitely the answer for your Towing needs, and you can feel assured that your vehicle is in good hands with this team.

Had to get a tow for an Amazon truck and lockout. Arrived faster than the ETA and Had trouble at first getting the van unlocked because of the height of the van but John was able to get it unlocked without and towed to the van to the desired location.
